The room we booked was well-equipped and there was a large bathroom. Really enjoyed the location that was beautiful and near to flourishing nature, nearest shop, and the restaurant.
The staff were quite busy, didn't expect that coming.

I truly enjoyed the nice size and soundproof rooms. the staff was very attentive. the Wheelchair Accessible room with a big bed and a big balcony, plus a fridge, was great. It was handy to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator. I had a really good stay at the Engenho Velho Hotel & Restaurante in Arco da Calheta.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, purchasing lactose-free and dairy-free products. The hotel had a friendly and accommodating staff, with clean facilities and a modern design. The ocean view and swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served excellent meals and had a friendly staff. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea.
