The location was perfect, with a quiet and remote atmosphere, yet still within walking distance to the Calheta marina and its amenities. The hotel also provided easy access to some of the best hiking trails in Madeira. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well soundproofed, with a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The restaurant offered delicious food and a great selection of wines, and the breakfast was top-notch.
